Government u-turn on World Cup opening times

Football fans will be able to support England at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, after the Government performed a u-turn and will allow pubs to open later without having to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN).

It applies to all of England’s games and the finals weekend.
