Train Times & Entry
A ticket for travel or a platform ticket (£2 at Winchcombe, £1 at Toddington) on the day is required for entry to the event. You will then need to buy a standard souvenir glass for an additional £2. If you return your glass a refund of £1 will be given. You will also need to purchase a Beer Token Card(s) for the value of £10. (No cash sales at the bar). Hence a complete normal bar package costs £12. Any unused tokens can be exchanged back for cash, or donated to charity. You only need to buy a bar package once, which you can use at either bar. Extra token cards can be purchased as required.
An enhanced timetable will be in operation on both Friday and Saturday, including a shuttle DMU between Winchcombe and Toddington stations. The normal timetable will be in operation on Sunday. Further details of train times will be available nearer the time of the event.

The sixth annual Rotary Beer and Cider Festival will once again be held at Hatherley & Reddings CC, Shurdington Road on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June.
Most of the beers have been sourced from small Cotswolds breweries. The majority never sold in Cheltenham so it’s a great opportunity to try 20 local beers without having to travel. The list will be published on our website www.rotarybeerfestcheltenham.co.uk when finalised.
Entrance £5 on the day or buy online 3 for the price of 2 until Friday 21st June.

The return journey will be left up to you as there are plenty of trains (changing at Bristol TM). As a guideline, we will probably get the 18:40.
