ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Cheltenham Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) will take place at The Beehive, 1-3 Montpellier Villas, Cheltenham GL50 2XE at 7.30pm on Wednesday 24th May 2023.
Nominations are invited for the offices of Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Pubs Officer, Social Secretary, Press Officer, Clubs Officer and up to four ordinary committee members. They should show the candidates name, the office for which he/she is nominated, the names and signatures of the proposer and seconder and the candidate’s signature to indicate his/her willingness to serve. Candidates, proposers, and seconders must be members in good standing of the Cheltenham branch of CAMRA. A nomination form can be found HERE
Nominations, as well as any motions for debate at the meeting should be sent to the Chairman or may be handed in at any Cheltenham branch business meeting.
Please bring your membership card to the meeting in order to vote on any motions raised.
The June branch business meeting will take place on Tuesday 13th June at The Kings Head Bishops Cleeve. Starting at 8pm

The March branch business meeting will take place on Wednesday 28th FEBRUARY at The Beehive, Montpellier. Starting 8pm note the earlier than normal due due to GBG selection timetable.
This meeting will also finalise the selection of the branches 8 GBG entries and POTY and COTY
